A Faerie’s Revenge (Creepy Hollow – 5) by Rachel Morgan
(Excerpt from Goodreads) Still reeling from a shocking revelation, guardian trainee Calla Larkenwood finds the threads of her world unraveling further when she’s accused of a horrifying crime she didn’t commit: A deadly magical disease has entered the Guild, threatening to wipe out every guardian—and someone is intent on framing Calla for it. With the Guild Council focusing their investigation on her instead of searching for the real criminal, Calla watches her dream of becoming a guardian rapidly slipping away. Time is running out, and as the lines between good and bad, right and wrong, begin to blur, whom can she turn to for help?

This story is about Calla. She wants nothing more than to be a guardian and her mother is against that. But things have been happening in Creepy Hollow and it seems that it involves Calla. She is going to need all of her strength and skills along with the help from Chase to get through this.
This is a great story. Calla is a strong character and determined to become a guardian. I loved more background on Chase, it answered some questions that I had. Both Chase and Calla are a great couple. There are a lot of things happening and it is hard to review then without giving too much away.
I recommend reading the series in order. There are somethings that you would be confused on if you didn’t. I have to say that I loved A Faerie’s Revenge. It was a nice change from the Violet narration. I can’t wait for more books in this series.
To purchase A Faerie’s Revenge or for more information on this series make sure to check out Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Goodreads, and Rachel Morgan’s website.
I received A Faerie’s Revenge for free from Refracted Light Reviews in exchange for an honest review.
I have been given the opportunity to review the other four books in the Creepy Hollow series. Make sure to stay close. I will have these review posted shortly.
