Disintegration jumps right back into the story of Todor right at the end of Revelation. Geymynd, Nuna, and Soman has been split up and not necessarily in a better place. Each one has to learn about their abilities and how they fit into this new world where friends have become enemies. Will they find their way back to each other to recreate this world or will they remain separated?
When the truth has been revealed things change, but it is how you respond to these truths that make us stronger. Geymynd, Nuna, and Soman have learned so much about themselves and their people. But how are they supposed to believe what they are told when they know that they were close friends when younger? It’s hard to care so much for these characters just to see them forced to fight, especially Nuna. She is so powerful and has these visions that are so hard yet she has to have faith that everything will work out.
I love this series, you come to care for the characters and want the best for them even though they have to go through hell to get there. It is easy to get into the story and hard to leave it. I’m just glad that I have the next book otherwise I would be whining about the wait for it.
