I am an avid book reader and, for the most part, I love doing reviews on the books that I read. I would love to say that all books out there are great, but realistically, that’s not going to happen. I pride myself on giving honest reviews. I will make a note if I don’t finish reading the book.
I don’t want to make a book sound horrible just because it did not appeal to me or I just could not get into it when it could be another persons new favorite. I wouldn’t want to cheat an author or a reader by lying to them. I have a saying, “If you don’t want the truth, don’t ask me.” I promise that I will validate any low rated books.
I read a wide variety of books, mainly fiction. I am not fond of the bodice busters, some new age stuff, or some non-fiction stories. I love thrillers, horror, mysteries, science fiction, fantasy, young adult, paranormal romance, and whatever sounds good.
If you are interested in having me review your book, feel free to email me at jbronderblogs(at)aol(dot)com. I love both physical and ebooks. I am a member of Good Reads and Net Galley.
Reviewing books is a hobby to me and I admit that sometimes everything else in my life will take control and sadly the books get placed on the back burner. Never the less, if I told you that I would review your book, trust me, it will get done but it might be a little bit. If you are concerned that I have taken too long, feel free to email me about it. Some times I need a gentle push to get back to reading.
If you have any questions, feel free to email me. Reading is a passion and I enjoy helping authors get their books out in the public eye and introducing other readers to books and authors I enjoy.
**Update**
As of 2/21/18 Amazon has decided that I have violated their review guidelines. They have revoked my ability to post reviews and deleted all of my existing reviews. I understand how important the Amazon reviews are to author’s and publishers and understand how this will affect those asking for reviews.
Any books I review will have the reviews posted to this website, Barnes and Noble, and Goodreads. I can also post reviews to Library Things, Smashwords, Netgalley, and any other locations author’s, publishers, and tour hosts would like me to post.
As an update to anyone that would like me to review their books, I have fallen behind with my review pile. I am sorry to those that I have said that I will review their books. I am still going to do so, but it’s going to be a little longer than I thought it would take. I am still working on reading the books and posting reviews. Never fear, I am getting there, slowly but surely.
To those that would like me to review their books, there will be a delay. If you don’t mind waiting, I will get to them. When I am closer to being caught up, I will let everyone know.
